My mission is to help others increase mobility, get stronger, and improve overall wellness. I recognize the one-size-fits-all model to fitness is a crapshoot.  Everyone has "issues" and different goals. So I work with individuals to find the best program for them now and the progressions that follow.


I train with kettlebells because they are so effective. They have the unique quality of integrating metabolic conditioning and strength training remarkably well (see ACE research on benefits of kettlebells Kettlebells.pdf). Kettlebell training also aids in many other athletic pursuits such as powerlifting and weightlifting, cycling, martial arts, football, dancing, yoga - the list is endless. Though without proper instruction, using a kettlebell is at best minimally effectual and at worst physically risky. That's why I chose to learn and be certified from the best strength and hardstyle Russian kettlebell teaching organization, StrongFirst.


Besides a full set of exceptional kettlebells, I offer a wide range of equipment that can be used for serious strength training and fun and challenging cross-training. There are a continuum of progressions and options - more than enough to keep us always striving.
